As per information received from architects, more detail in areas like amenity spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, cores etc are added into the BIM model. The information added is in the form of model-detailing as well as non-model information like specifications, materials, floor and wall finishes.
STEP 02
Detail sheets for amenity spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, cores etc. are setup. Schedules for the same are generated for the purpose of creating BOQs. The drawings and BOQs can be used for tendering purpose.
STEP 03
Based on feedback from architects, consultants and vendors, updates are made to the BIM model and construction drawings (GFCs) are prepared. PDFs & 2D aCAD drawings are shared with the architects on Docs.
All drawings have been generated from the 3D Revit Model
